   I am a Mobile Home Broker and I look forward to helping you find a home here in sunny Polk County, Florida. All of the homes that I list will be manufactured Homes on Lot Lease Land. This is a very affordable way to live and enjoy all the features Florida has to offer.
   After teaching for 30 years in Indiana my husband and I retired and moved to Polk County. My husband taught special education for 4 more years here but is now working with me to help people find a great Florida home.

   Because we have a large number of homes listed in Four Lakes Golf Club, I have another gal helping me out with just the homes in that community. Her name is Jan Moreno. You can see her information below.
   Also, I have recently brought on board Carmen Olson to help with listing and showing homes in other parks.

   I spent the first 10 years of my life in Florida. Eight years on Key Biscayne and two years on Davis Island in Tampa.  Now fifty years later, after traveling all over the United States I have decided to settle in Florida with my husband Victor. We both feel this is indeed the PERFECT place to live and know that our sons and grandchildren will visit us often!
   I am available to show houses in most of the parks that Renee's Resales has homes listed in especially in this park, Dell Lake Village, where I live.

   I list and sell homes in Four Lakes for Renee’s Resales. I was born in Chicago but lived much of my life in California. After both of my sisters moved to Four Lakes Golf Club my "better half" and I decided to join them, and have loved living here. I enjoy the great people and all the fun we have in all the various activities. I am very active in my community and love living just a golf cart ride away from my two sisters.
   Renee, my friend for over five years, has a desire to help people and save them money. This has grown into a great business and I am very proud to be part of  it.    I am the stabilizer behind the Renee in Renee’s Resales, she just doesn’t realize it yet. I am a retired special education teacher--20 years in Indiana and 4 here in Polk County.
