I am a Mobile Home Broker and I look forward to helping you find a home here
in sunny Polk County, Florida. Most of the homes that I list will be
manufactured Homes on Lot Lease Land. This is a very affordable way to live and enjoy
all the features Florida has to offer. After teaching for 30 years in
Indiana my husband and I retired and moved to Polk County. My husband taught
special education for 4 more years here in Florida but is now helping with
the business and playing golf.
Because we have a large number of homes listed in Four Lakes Golf Club, I
have a gals working with specific communities. Please contact them if you
would like to see or sell a home in a specific community.
I enjoy playing tennis and working with people to help them find

I list and sell homes in Four Lakes for Renee’s Resales.
I was born in Chicago but lived much of my life in California. After both of my
sisters moved to Four Lakes Golf Club my "better half" and I
decided to join
them, and have loved living here.
I enjoy the great people and all the fun we
have in all the various activities.
I am very active in my community and love
living just a golf cart ride away from my two sisters.
Renee, my friend for over five years, has a desire to help
people and save them money.
This has grown into a great business and I am very
proud to be part of it.
We both believe in going beyond the call of duty for

I am so excited to be
part of Renee's Team. My husband and I grew up in Tampa. We were a young
military family that traveled all over the world and finally settled in
Minnesota of all places. Now we're back and loving the lake view from our home
in Orange Manor West. You should see the sunrise from our back porch. WOW.
Our 2 Sons and 5
grandsons love to bass fish when they are here. I hold the prize for the
biggest. 8lbs. yes Grandma Fay....Winner...

My husband Bob & I came to the sunny state of Florida in June, 2006 from New
Jersey. We love Florida and where we live. I recently retired from US
Foodservice where I worked in Customer Service for 17 years. I am a total
"people person" and enjoy being with family & friends. Bob & I have 6 wonderful
grandchildren who we treasure very much. |

Being a transplant from Maine back in 2004, I am
thoroughly enjoying living in Polk County where the sun shines most of the time.
I swapped my LL Bean jacket and boots for shorts and sandals. My major
transportation is my golf cart—no snow treads needed for it. I am delighted to
have joined Renee and her sales team to help locate the perfect retirement home
for those folks who want to enjoy the pleasure of living in the South.
I am
fortunate to have had many years of experience in the real estate field of
property management, and more recently re-sales of manufactured homes right here
in Polk County. My focus will be mostly on sales and rentals of homes in Kings
Pointe, a lovely, relatively small, but very active, community close to
attractions, shopping and major highways.
