The kitchen is very large with a breakfast bar on island; there is an informal
dining area with built-in hutch; a formal dining area with built-in hutch; the
living room is large with an entrance from the outside. On the other side of the
kitchen and informal dining is the Florida room (12x15) that is all open to the
rest of the house that has been made into a 4 season room. From the drive way
you can enter the Florida room that leads out to the garden patio area in front
of the lake. Very nice setting. The guest bedroom has a private entrance to the
guest bathroom. The master bedroom is huge which has a huge bathroom with a
garden tub. The kitchen, dining areas, and Florida room all have a new floor of
wood parquet. The carpet in the living room and bedrooms is beige. There is a
laundry room off the kitchen. The air conditioner was new in 2007. The roof has
just been replaced in 2009. So come on down and make this home your home and
then you can invite all the kids and grandkids to join you for dinner at
