Garden Mobile Village

We are a small 55+ mobile home park located in Winter Haven Florida. All of our homes are waterfront and have access to the chain of lakes and allow for boating, fishing, and a variety of water sports. Our community currently has access to 15 lakes with more lakes joining the chain in the near future. During the winter season we enjoy each others company in the clubhouse that is host to weekly dinners, Bar-B-Qs, and fish fries. Our clubhouse has a pool table, a large kitchen open to all residents, a library, arts and crafts room, horseshoe pit, shuffle board court, and gathering area to watch T.V. We also have a variety of social events including game nights and various classes.

Each of our 67 home sites backs up to a beautiful canal, most with individual docks perfect for keeping a boat. A boat ramp is available for all residents as well as boat and trailer storage on a first come first serve basis. Lot rent includes use of all amenities, trash pick up, and water. Residents must meet the minimum age requirement of 55 and up. We do not permit children to be residents of our community. No dogs are allowed but small pets are permitted.

Winter Haven is a growing community. The new development of Legoland Florida plus their plans for a future resort and convention center are only 5 minutes away. We are less than one hour from both the Tampa and Orlando international airports. There is an Amtrak train station within 1 mile of our community. Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Casino, and Florida's famous beaches are all within a hour's drive. Whether looking for a permanent or seasonal home this is a perfect location to enjoy Florida.
