Lake Fox Village is located in Winter Haven, FL at 4950
Cypress Garden Road. It is a 55+ community of 78 homes.
You must be accepted into the community before purchasing a home.
You will feel safe with your neighbors as each person who moves into the
community must have a background check (The charge for this is $50 couple/ $30
single.)
Lot rents are $300 per month.
Small dogs are allowed but must be on leash when outside and you will be
expected to pick up behind them.
