Certain situations make it feasible
for homes that are for sale to be rented out for the winter months while it
remains on the market. Renee’s Resales is not a rental agent but we will put
home owners together with clients who are not ready to purchase a Florida home
would like to rent for a few months. We have listed the contact persons for
various parks below. Please remember that if the home is for sale you must be
willing to allow the listing agent to show the home in presentable condition. If
the home is sold during your stay, your renting contract will be honored or
arrangements made that will be acceptable for both renters and buyers.
